You'll also need to provide proof of identity with your application. We'll accept any one of the following:

• Your passport
• Your driver's licence
• Your Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) ID
• Your National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ID
• Your voter's ID

If you're an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), please provide any one of the following as a copy:

• Certificate of Employment
  
• Working visa or work permit as issued in your country or region of residence
• OFW card as issued by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
• POEA certificate

We’ll need about 5 to 10 working days. This is after you’ve submitted the completed application form and all the documents we need.

From now to 30 November 2024, we'll post the total cashback you earned in a calendar month to the primary cardholder's account. We’ll do this by the fourth week of the next calendar month.

So for example, if you earned cashback between 1 to 31 July, we'll post it by the fourth week of August.

But from 1 December 2024 onwards, we'll post the total cashback you earned during your monthly statement cycle to the primary cardholder's account. We'll do this 2 working days after the cut-off date for your statement. We'll also calculate the minimum spend requirement and maximum cap during this time.

You'll earn 0.2% cashback on all transactions with your card.

But if you spend at least PHP10,000 in a statement cycle, you’ll earn cashback at accelerated rates.
