What is an eStatement?
eStatements are your credit card and bank statement in PDF form that is sent on a monthly basis (for credit card, every cut-off date) to your email address registered with HSBC.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for viewing, printing and saving the eStatements. You can download Acrobat Reader free of charge from the Adobe website, if needed.
How do I switch to eStatements?
If we haven't already switched you over, you can call us on (02)8858-0000 or (02)7976-8000 to make the switch.
Do I have to pay for eStatements?
No, this service is free.
How do I reset my password?
There is currently no password reset function. However, all you have to do is refer back to the welcome message sent to your email, which includes pre-defined password information.
If you need help and support, you can reach out to Customer Services. Visit Contact us (https://www.hsbc.com.ph/contact/) to learn more.
Are eStatements secure?
Since the eStatement is sent with password protection, only you will be able to view the statement.
Please make sure that only you know about the details needed for your eStatement password. For your benefit, please ensure that your chosen email to which your eStatement will be sent has sufficient security settings and that only you know your email password.
Will my credit card payment date or bank account change?
No, your payment due date and bank account statement date will remain the same.
How do I know when an eStatement is ready?
You will receive an email. We'll also send you a text message notification telling you that your eStatement
has been delivered to your registered email address. To ensure you receive your eStatements and to avoid them going to your spam or junk folders, please add HSBC's eStatement email address to your contact list.
